Gemma RHM series marine cranes have a maximum lifting weight of 2500 tons and a working radius of 150 meters. At the same time, customized solutions can also be provided.
The structure of the Gemma RHM series of offshore cranes includes: base, mast, slewing platform, boom, engine room cockpit, work platform and walkway.
The main motion mechanisms of Genma RHM series marine cranes include: lifting mechanism, pitching mechanism, and slewing mechanism, which can operate independently and cooperatively. All institutions realize stepless speed regulation control.
The most important feature of Gemma RHM series marine cranes is that the overturning moment generated by the mast and slewing ring is no longer an important component of torque transmission. As a result, the possibility of fuselage separation caused by fault defects, loose bolts, and broken slewing bearings is greatly reduced. At the same time, the crane is no longer limited by the size of the slewing bearing. Under the same loading efficiency, the tail diameter and working radius of the crane can be minimized.
The Gemma RHM series marine cranes include an on-board power pack (electro-hydraulic or diesel-hydraulic, open hydraulic circuit or variable frequency drive system), and are placed in a closed waterproof power room on the slewing platform. At the same time, as an option, the RHM series of offshore cranes can be used for manned operations.
